Physical Recreation

Objective: To encourage participation in sport and other physical recreation, improving fitness and health.

Types of sport

• Athletics - running, jumping, gymnastics

• Ball sports - football, basketball, volleyball, handball, golf

• Martial arts - judo, karate, taekwondo, kickboxing , boxing  

• Racquet sports - tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash

• Water sports - swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water polo, diving

The final evaluation (by a qualified coach) includes implementation, attendance and participation, skills, physical fitness, knowledge of rules, laws and regulations.


Bronze: A minimum of 3 months.

Silver: A minimum of 6 months

Gold: A minimum of 12 months.
